”My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in August and we loved it. The house was very comfortable, was in a good location and close to the beach. Everything was clean and the a/c was on so it was cool when we arrived. The bed was comfortable and it stayed nice and cool at all times. ”Nutshell version, functional but needs some updates. Only one smoke detector, fine for a small house, but the batteries were low, and it was linked to the alarm system and kept beeping every few hours, which was irritating. I did call the host to see if there's a way to hush the notification, but she never called me back. She was initially very proactive with contact, just not that time for whatever reason. ”I brought my staff to the island for a working retreat and this was the perfect venue! The house was beautiful—a great balance of antique and modern decor with all the amenities you would ever need. The location is definitely within a short walk of the strand or a cheap uber ride. The hostess was very responsive and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We will be back!”
