Upstairs, you'll find two cozy lounges (one with a fireplace), a study, one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with tub/shower, one with shower), and a laundry room.



Outside, enjoy a large garden with table, chairs, barbecue, and a private pool—ideal for relaxing in Tuscan nature.



From October to April, heating is available for an extra fee.
