”We staid at the hotel over x-mas for 8 nights. The hotel was very nice, service was kind and discreet.
However one of the receptionsits (a very dark one) had problems hiding her dissapointment when i didnt have local currency to tip her. She showed the dissapointment the whole week. But it is a nice hotel the service is good and after a bit of confusion when it was OK to clean the room (turn of everything when leaving the room (we forgott the TV, why not a sign that pls. service the room).

”Luxuroius hotel but poor service. The room is not what it promises to be. Little disappointment on that. The expectations were higher but the experience was not so bad after all. Tthe restaurants and the pool area were the best things in the hotel. ”

”We loved our stay at the Wyndham Grand. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. We had an early flight so they prepared a takeaway breakfast for us.
The breakfast choices are great with good variety. Location is ideal, beach facing, near the large city centre mall. We walked to the mall which takes around 5-7 mins.
We took ubers to some of the main sights such as Souq Waqif, Mina District and Katara Cultural Village which was extremely cheap. Some journeys...
”One of the most luxurious stays I have had yet. One minus was that some of the additional services such as saunas, pools, werent available due to maintenance. Otherwise service was superb and the room was superb, even though the cheapest one. In the evening there were also people greetings us and asking of our day, which made us feel welcome and important.
