”We staid at the hotel over x-mas for 8 nights. The hotel was very nice, service was kind and discreet.
However one of the receptionsits (a very dark one) had problems hiding her dissapointment when i didnt have local currency to tip her. She showed the dissapointment the whole week. But it is a nice hotel the service is good and after a bit of confusion when it was OK to clean the room (turn of everything when leaving the room (we forgott the TV, why not a sign that pls. service the room).

Breakfast selection was excellent, but be mindful that you have to walk to the main hotel which is a 5 min walk away from the residences, and that there's a seperate reception for the residences, not the main hotel. ”Luxuroius hotel but poor service. The room is not what it promises to be. Little disappointment on that. The expectations were higher but the experience was not so bad after all. Tthe restaurants and the pool area were the best things in the hotel. ”
