”One of the most luxurious stays I have had yet. One minus was that some of the additional services such as saunas, pools, werent available due to maintenance. Otherwise service was superb and the room was superb, even though the cheapest one. In the evening there were also people greetings us and asking of our day, which made us feel welcome and important. Big recommend. ”

However one of the receptionsits (a very dark one) had problems hiding her dissapointment when i didnt have local currency to tip her. She showed the dissapointment the whole week. But it is a nice hotel the service is good and after a bit of confusion when it was OK to clean the room (turn of everything when leaving the room (we forgott the TV, why not a sign that pls. service the room). ”Luxuroius hotel but poor service. The room is not what it promises to be. Little disappointment on that. The expectations were higher but the experience was not so bad after all. Tthe restaurants and the pool area were the best things in the hotel. ”
