”The heater did not work and it got cold. When I turned the heater on the AC came on. The bed was so hard that I had a backache and cramps all night. When I went to get in the shower the bottom of it was so disgusting. I couldn't even get in. I had to clean it. The toilet did not flush but maybe once and the faucet in the bathroom sink sprayed everywhere and leaked all over the place. It was terrible and I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for it”

”I had to wait for about 5-10 minute before someone showed up at the desk for me to check in. Once I got into my room, and put my bags down, I had to use the restroom and was shocked when the door hit the lid for the toilet when I opened the door. The last thing for me was the hot tub, so much chlorine I could only sit in it for 5 minute because my eyes were burning. On the positive the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was really conveniently situated to the freeway. ”

”What a great experience staying in a historical hotel. The inside is updated and clean. The floors slant due to the age of the building, but I loved that it was authentic. Beds were comfy. I would definitely stay here again. ”

”Staff was awesome. The room was clean.. The hallway could be remodeled and a little brighter. Complementary breakfast I’ve seen a lot better lol. It was a parking dog once a while it was not a big issue with me”

”Room 107 is right by the stairs and an entry/exit door and all night all I could hear was people on the stairs and the door opening, and lights shine in from the parking lot. ”

”I stayed here for four nights. The staff was nice and accommodating. The hotel was clean and very close to grocery shopping. They only have one elevator so it can get a little crazy when your in a hurry. ”

”Great place to stay! Some neat places to eat/drink close by. Downtown is a few blocks away but you wouldn’t know it because the house is in a cute little neighborhood. Room was clean and quiet. Would be a great place to stay for a team building event. All kinds of cool amenities throughout the house. Hot tub is huge and all the outdoor space is awesome. Will definitely be back. ”

”The place was emacluately clean. The room was wonderful. Location very nice. Staff was very kind an helpful. I had 2 lovely ladies that stayed with me. We all had a blast . Id recommend everyone stay here.”

”Easy access to the property, excellent instructions and communication. The bathroom fan didn't work and the HVAC intake register was packed with dust... other than those two items, the place was clean and a FANTASTIC place to stay, it is in a great location, parking was easy, and all the building amenities/facilities were wonderful~ would definitely stay here again. Thank you!”

”I have pictures and videos of this horrible unsafe condition. Bug's all over dropping off the ceiling threw the night all over the walls and floors. Dirty sheets other people's hair and glasses in the bed and some type of orange stains. Tube had other people's hair, mold, staind towels, toilet was not clean. The bathroom amenities had been opened and used prior to us. On the other bedroom it looked like mouse poop on the bed sheet. We had to remove our shoes and socks because the floor in the...
