”The room was very clean But It had a smell from people cooking . It kinda stunk.”

”Room smelt musty or old cigarette odor. Dry mirror above sink was like looking into a mirror full of steam. Roll of toilet paper was almost done and no spare. Remote control only turned tv off and on and adjusted volume. Couldn’t search or change channels. Shower head brutal. Ice machine worked.”

”It is a great Hyatt hotel and our accessible room was wonderfully large and spacious with a separate living area from the bedroom. The bathroom was particularly helpful with my handicap. The only negative comment that I have is that when we return to our room the first night none of the towels had been replaced nor had the bed been made.
