”Great B&B, perfect location for exploring Sterling. Very well appointed spacious room with delicious home cooked breakfast sourced from local produce. Lovely views and gardens. The host was very welcoming.”

”Stop looking and book this hotel! The best hotel we have ever stayed! Room was gorgeous and quiet. Bed was so comfortable! Amazing private bathroom with huge walk in shower. It had a convenient parking lot. The place has a bar restaurant on the first floor with fantastic food! They brew their own beer. Had lots of televisions for watching sports, a pool table and darts. Fantastic breakfast included. ”
”Staff was friendly and overall experience very nice. It was me with two teenagers and private room. Very basic, just as described. The shower was the only minus, because as it was attached to the roof, it was very difficult to wash downstairs. Good place to stay when viditing around Scotland. Would go again! Hotels.com says you can pay arriving but that is not the case. I got a message from hostel that i need to pay forward.”

”Really loved the spa and the property. Food was good. Only thing is the lake on the property was full of trash, probably not the hotels fault but if it's their property it is something to be addressed since there was water life living in the habitat. ”

"There is nothing special in this hotel chain. Old concept, needs refurbishing. The reseptionist did not explain the services at check in. Location near the railway station means there are drug users in the neighbourhood. "
