”Not your fault but power was out for a few hours”

”Was nice and I enjoyed staying there. But wasn't very happy check in was at 2pm and my room wasnt ready be 330. Came back at 330 and still was ready until about 4.”

”We never unpacked in our room. There were stains on the bed and mold in the shower. We stood at the front desk for 30 minutes and no one came so we left our keys and left the property. I tried to call the hotel 26 times in the next 24 hours and no one would answer. The front desk clerk hangs out in one of the rooms and watches a camera over the front desk. The swimming pool was green and had algae in it. This place looks like a rent by the hour place and needs shut down.”

”The entire motel smelled of smoke and dampness. Breakfast was bread for the toaster, two bananas, and fruit loops. Had to keep the very loud air conditioner running non stop to keep it comfortable. No maid service over two day stay. Get what you pay for”

”The only thing I didn't complain was the front desk lady , she was so nice,but We did not feel safe. The hotel smells like cigarette and weed every day. No matter if it's a non smoke room, They do not honor receipts, my room has a kitchenette but no dishes for cooking whatsoever. Not at all helpful. We got there and they only have full beds, false advertising they don't have queen beds which we booked for. There'snt curtains only blinds , Also, vagrants and homeless hang out around there. I...

”This hotel was awful. It was so awful, we asked for a refund. We didn't want to sit anywhere or bring our luggage into the room.The ceiling in the bath was bowed and stained. Also, it was stained in the main area. Closet door was coming off. Disinfectant smelled terrible. The couch had gaps between pillows and seat and it was stained. The outside property was unkempt. Grass was not cut and full of weeds. Paint on exterior was peeling. It was a very unsightly property in nicely kept suburb of...

”Upon my arrival the staff was on point the ends and outs of the hotel, where everything was and where to find good food near by. Really nice time and would recommend this hotel to anyone that's looking for a top 10 place to stay. Only issue was the parking for the hotel was next to the hotel, you don't have access to the hotel from the parking deck. Which was not a problem at all just a few extra steps.”

”It had a fire and the reception area was disgusting. The staff person was cold and offered us to view the room first. We did and it was nasty. We choose to take a refund and left.”

”We had booked 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke horribly. The other rooms bathroom had a horrible leak shooting up to the ceiling and the shower curtain was moldy. The floor was soft so the water has been damaging the bathroom for awhile. Stains in sheets and burn holes in blankets.”

”I didn't get the front desk gentlemans name but he was INCREDIBLY helpful and I feel he went above and beyond to be as helpful as he could. The first floor of the hotel was a little rough, carpet patches raised and separated. We had issues with our AC but again, the evening front desk guy was wonderful at helping fix things. ”Centrally located and in a decent area. The property is old, but well kept for the most part. The bed was excruciatingly hard and incredibly uncomfortable for me. The couch bed wasn’t very good either. The noise of the highway was incredibly loud so made sleep difficult at times. Overall the furniture was just bad and incredibly uncomfortable need of being refreshed.
