My room was on a basement floor and did not smell good , the WiFi was intermittent so the tv did not work as it had no aerial, the shower leaked on to the floor and it doesn’t dry out so the room did unfortunately smell of damp. ”I was charged an additional £5.00 for parking! That would be fine in a town but this hotel is in a motorway service station so I am not even sure it would be possible to get there by any other method. This means that I would count this as false advertising. Ramada would be better off just advertising the room at £5.00 more. It certainly left a bad taste with me. They do say that parking is charged somewhere but they hide it well! Reception area was nice. Shower was cold and heating rattle-y but...
