The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

"Lovely room, great views of the park, room was clean. However, staff even though not terrible, are not attentive. Quite a lot staff at bar/restaurant but took a while to serve, on a couple of times had to go up to bar. The only time they came over quick us to clear away glasses, plates etc this was ..."
