”We had a wonderful stay with our adult children. It was a nice space to cook, eat & relax together. We walked into town for coffee and enjoyed the quaint shops. We really love the wineries & breweries. We will definitely be back!”

”Cool old building with just the basics inside. Floorboards are old and loud, no stopper in the lovely bathtub, no kitchen table or breakfast nook, no living room or place to congregate/eat, and Smart TV is in a bedroom - not in a central location. Kitchen is all new with everything you need. Mattresses are pretty old - I needed a chiropractor after 3 nights. Bring your own games or entertainment. Short walk to "downtown" Geneva. Note - it should be made clear that there are no laundry facilities...

”Great little place to stay in the Finger Lakes! It's a bit out of town, but if you don't mind driving, it's worth it! Well-stocked with phone charging ports, earplugs, coffees, teas, etc. And the homemade muffins were a delicious treat! ”

”Apartment was clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed for our brief, one-night stay. John, our host, offered several suggestions on places to go and things to see and do. He was spot on with his recommendations as we took him up on a few of his suggestions. ”

”Shelwyn was awesome to deal with. He responded ASAP when we had a question about the shower. Was upfront and helpful. He was in his house on the property but gave us our privacy. The last day of our stay he said take your time getting out because he didn’t have another booking following us. Worked out great as we were moving onto a bigger spot with the rest of our family on Saturday but couldn’t check in until 4. Thank you Shelwyn for everything and being so easy to deal with- we will be back !!”

”I couldn't get over how stunning this property was. Absolutely beautiful. The place was also immaculate. There was a/c in every room, which was very nice. And the bathroom!! Wow, the tub was WONDERFUL. I decided I had to try it so I began filling it up. I walked away to get my things ready & thought there's no way the water is going to stay hot throughout. We'll was I wrong, the water was so hot that I had to add alot of cold water. I used the Dr Teal's Himalayan bath salt which the owners were...

”Love the old homes with the super high ceilings! They have a lot of class and charm. Everything was in walking distance. Would highly recommend the Balloons restaurant, for their top notch service and food. If you want see the historical sites in town, check the sites online info. Some sites and restaurants have limited availability in the winter months. ”
