”An extremely quiant location and house. Plenty of room to sit and chat both inside and out. Great space to bring some kids if you have them as well! In addition, this is in a very central location to the many wineries in the area. It was easy to plan a route where the longest drive was only 25 minutes out while still being able to go to the other lakes the next day.”

”There is NO house number on the building. The host did NOT provide us with info prior to arrival, we had to message him to get access. It appeared that check in was at 4:00, but turned out it was 3:00. The actual property appearance does NOT look like the pictures online. Outside is overgrown, dirty and cobweb’s everywhere. Inside smells musty and gross. Flies everywhere, spiders in the bathroom and shower. It was not clean under the bed. There’s no bathroom soaps or wash clothes and the towels...

”The best thing about this listing was the location (right on Lake, close to town). Other pros: Kayaks (which my kids loved), timely communication with Owner, Well equipped Kitchen, Lots of outdoor space, ease of check in. TV setup. Plenty of linens. The views. Laundry was great. ”This house was excellent. Very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need. Also had plenty of towels for the family. The beds were very comfortable and it’s very quiet. Very easy to get to Penn Yan by car in a few minutes. We will definitely rent this property again.”

This is a cute cottage conveniently located near Long Point State Park (walking distance) and The Inns of Aurora (short drive to restaurant / spa). Also close to King Ferry Corner Store, a quaint shop for groceries / supplies / some local artisan items. Kitchen has dishes/cooking supplies necessary for meal prep and had a well-stocked pantry with cooking oil, spices, and some basic staples....
