”- Bad communication from property company.- The apartment itself was fine - clean, crisp sheets and bedding, adequate towels, a larger fridge with freezer, a tower fan in the living room, newer flooring. In a residential neighborhood with a little park down the street, a small grocery store around the corner, a larger indoor shopping area not far, and a good fast-ish food burger place (Point B Burger). It is a 13-minute walk to the lake-beach and to the beautiful main Old Town area of Annecy.”

”Great home…very comfortable (air-conditioning could be better) ...this seems to be a problem in Europe...here the control of the air-conditioning was not given to us even though we requested this several time. Otherwise, it is a fantastic home, large rooms, wonderful bathrooms ...and withing a short walking distance to the most vibrant part of the city. ”

”nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de bienveillance et de professionnalisme par Latifa. l emplacement de la porte d'entrée située très en hauteur de la rue rend obligatoire le parking proposé afin de gérer les bagages notamment. il est dommage que cette prestation ne soit pas incluse dans le prix de la location. la télévision par satellite limite l'accès aux chaines nationales. prestation globalement satisfaisante. très bon emplacement à proximité de la vieille ville accessible à pieds.”
