The owners Carl & Tace were so friendly from the get-go and we really liked our room, especially the bed itself, how clean it was and the location. You’re really close to the centre, sea and a nice little park/gardens opposite. ”I really liked this hotel, it was our second visit but, they completely messed up our dinner. We pre ordered the roast pork but, unfortunately they ran out! We ended up with ham, egg and chips which was laughable, the ham looked like thinly sliced spam, the egg was overcooked and we had a few oven chips! It was so bad we got up and walked out, which i have never done before and I’m 67! I have emailed the hotel but, no reply! We won’t be going back!”

Saturday evening lift broke still broken Sunday morning lots of older people struggling to get upstairs not nice to see .Apart from this we had a nice weekend .”

”We absolutely loved staying at The Barbican Hotel. It’s in a great location, near the beach and town. We were greeted so kindly and looked after so well. Our room was fresh and bright, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was wonderful! Well cooked and presented! I can honestly say, we couldn’t have chosen a better guest house!
