”This is one of the best properties I've stayed in India( Mussorie). The service was top-notch, and the staff was always available for housekeeping and any other needs. I loved the buffet breakfast with lots of options and plenty of vegan choices. The restaurants on site are good to try, especially the indian fine dining. The views are amazing as well. i recomend this place if you are looking for luxury staycation”

”All good. But a single rod heater is not enough to keep you warm during the freezing winter. They mention they provide electric blankets on request but I was advised they do not. Very strange. ”

There is not a single chest of drawer. There was no explanation of which power switch does what. Too many staff members but not enough information. ”

For the price they charge, the service and overall standard were far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the lack of proper staff training.
