”Everything was wonderful during our stay. The weather didn’t cooperate much which wasn’t a problem as the ping pong table downstairs became daily family tournaments into the late evening. I needed to cook for my niece‘s wedding and the kitchen was equipped with everything and plenty of space. The one day we had great weather the boys fished off the dock and rented a kayak. ”This property was charming and looked like the description. There were only 2 of us but I could see how it would work for a maximum of 4 people. The kitchen opens up to the living room and is fully stocked. The outside property is spacious and the fire pit was an added bonus. It's right outside of Hamilton, NY which is a cute town and host to Colgate University. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling through Upstate. It has a relaxing vibe and is a comfortable place to chill.”

The road was narrow and crowded, and summer folk found their camps again. Friends found peace and quiet away from the city of Syracuse. ”Residence was perfectly located for visiting family over Christmas. It is a charming home, very clean, very warm and met our needs exceptionally well. The entrance was well lit for locating during our evening arrival. To our surprise, the driveway was plowed every night during our 5 night stay making for easy access during our travels. The yard was as advertised, safe, secure and worked perfectly for our dog. It even had a hot tub!”
