”My room smelled like mildew and mold. Then after staying one night. I woke up to pest and not the ones you can easily get rid of. Would not recommend staying. That’s just me though. Also took me a week to get my 100 deposit back after the manager told me it would take 3-5 days. He didn’t release it when I checked out. Had to call up there to see what the hold up was. ”

”First time staying here and price was great. Convenient to Phipps Plaza and hotel was new and modern very nice lobby with fireplace. Avoid coming around rush hour was hard to get to the hotel because of the busy intersection. ”

”Amazing hotel, great ambience. Was greeted with hot tea and a hot towel. The on site restaurant was amazing. The car service is nice to have and who doesn’t love a ride in a Porsche?
Rooms were stacked with everything, super clean. The lighting in the room was amazing with three modes. Bed was comfy and I wasn’t mad at the view. I didn’t hear any noise from the hallway, at all.
Close to Lennox Mall and Phipps Plaza. Plenty of food options nearby, as well.
Definitely worth the cost.”

”I don’t even know where to start with Budgetel Inn & Suites Atlanta — this has easily been one of the worst, most unprofessional hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
First off, the manager was extremely disrespectful. No professionalism, no concern, just a nasty attitude like helping guests was beneath them. The lack of basic manners and customer service is honestly unbelievable.
Now let’s talk about the main issue — my toilet was clogged for TWO DAYS. I reported it multiple times, and not only...
