”Great experience! English-speaking staff made it so easy. Location is in a very safe area. Breakfast buffet was incredible and we were so glad they had protein (eggs, bacon, and yogurts)--which was not available in other Brazilian hotels we stayed at, as carbs/cake are often served for breakfast. ”Very disappointed. The property itself is nice. The rooms have spider webs. The hot water is hit and miss. Some days you get it and other days you don't. Breakfast is skimpy at best.
There are 80 steps I had to take with two 20 kg bags. That is just insane. They don't tell you that at the time of booking. Also, the description of the Azul room is incorrect on Expedia. This room is NOT 568 square feet. Expedia shows free breakfast but the hotel wants to charge you for breakfast.

”The property was nice in itself, room small, no smart tv, staff wasn't that nice. Check in took a while and we didn't even get a lot of information about the hotel still. We also had to ask 3 times for a dental kit before actually geting it. Gabriel had a bit of a bad attitude in the reception. Also they didn't inform us that only some of the water that they bring to the room is free of charge and Pedro in the reception still demanded the charge for 4 water cans. I myself work at the reception...
