”Despite the efforts of the friendly and helpful staff, the room was very dirty. The hotel had received good ratings for cleanliness, which I find very surprising. There were large stains on the mirrors, sticky residue on the tables, stains on the floor, and the bed linens were dirty and had holes in them. On top of that, the refrigerator did not work and the shower was moldy.
The hotel must once have been very nice, but it has not been well maintained, and there are many signs of wear and...

”Huoneet kuluneet, ei vastannut kuvia. Siisteydessä puutteita. Parveketta ei voinut käyttää, kasvillisuus rehotti. Henkilökunta ei puhu englantia, kommunikointi hidasta kääntäjän avulla. Juuri pari yötä tässä meni, välietapiksi ok.”

”The property looked good in the photos but actually arriving there was totally different. Next to the room was an ongoing construction site which was noisy. I had a roach crawl on my neck which startled me and a roach running across the bed where my kids were staying. The price was way too high for what I got but the staff was nice and responded quickly to anything you needed.”

”Don't book this property. This is terrible and a scam. I got 2 reservations booked at this property. First, the owner/hosts message me via Expedia portal that they want more money due to the Christmas holidays. I reply back no due to Expedia guide line that I'm not suppose to pay more outside of Expedia platform. On the check in date, I made multi calls to check in but no one answer the calls. I did not get check in. My family of 6 were stranded in the middle of night in a foreign...

”Stay away from this hotel. Dirty entrance, dirty room—everything was dirty. During the two weeks we stayed here, the room was cleaned only twice. We noticed how dirty the room was and decided to buy bug spray, which we sprayed all over the room. We went out for 30 minutes and came back to find a huge centipede-like insect crawling half-dead on the floor. We paid extra for a hotel room with a balcony, but the balcony was so filthy that we didn’t use it even once. The floor in the room was so...
