”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”The front desk assistants were very helpful and friendly. The AC in our room was not working adequately. When we arrived the temperature was set on 70 but the room temperature was 75°. I lowered the temperature to 62° to cool the room off and had planned to increase it to 68°. The room temperature did not get lower than 73°. I had the HVAC personnel come to our room twice in two days. Initially, the air felt cooler coming out of the vent while he was there but within twenty minutes coolness...

”The room was clean and adequately big, the breakfast was good and parking was free, The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too high for us. The AC unit was very noisy and didn’t run well. My husband cranked up the temperature, so the AC wouldn’t run so much and we could sleep. This, unfortunately, made me feel very hot and sweaty and I still couldn’t sleep much.”
