”The beds in our room were dirty upon arrival, it took a call and a visit to the front desk and over 40 minutes to get the bedding changed, and initially when housekeeping came they only brought clean sheets for the beds despite me sending them pictures that showed that the sheets and comforters were not clean. There was hair and black stuff we couldn't identify on them. It was almost midnight before we could finally shower and get in bed because we didn't arrive to check in until after 10pm....

”The rooms were clean and modern, but the beds were hard as a brick. The bathroom had enough room to maneuver but the water pressure in the shower was like a slow drip. The bath towels were too small to wrap around our bodies. The worst part was the terrace. Sold like it was this great thing, ours had a floor that was torn up and the chairs felt like they were going to rip any second.”
