”The room was very clean, the staff was very willing to help and even had a texting system that allowed you to text them at any time and they respond quickly. The breakfast didn’t really have a whole bunch of options but it had the essentials and that’s what counts (coffee, waffles, bagels, etc). The air conditioning was always on and highly functioning but I realized when I changed it, that it would sometimes change itself back after some time. ”I don’t usually try to write a bad review but this experience was too much There is no way the pictures used are anywhere near current. Neither room we had didn’t have something broken. The ceiling look like it had been patched 10 different spots. We had 2 rooms. I called for days and could not get anyone on the phone to ask if we could have connected rooms got there and they are like oh yeah we have some but you had to be earlier … Upon checking in we waited 25 minutes for someone to come...

”Stopover before going to Hersheypark. The place was more expensive than other nights in our roadtrip but you couldn't tell it from the facility. Overall the place was clean, peaceful and well-maintainained. Nothing really special though. Ok for one night. ”
