”I don’t usually try to write a bad review but this experience was too much There is no way the pictures used are anywhere near current. Neither room we had didn’t have something broken. The ceiling look like it had been patched 10 different spots. We had 2 rooms. I called for days and could not get anyone on the phone to ask if we could have connected rooms got there and they are like oh yeah we have some but you had to be earlier … Upon checking in we waited 25 minutes for someone to come...

”We arrived at the hotel and when we got in the room the smell of cat pee was so strong we could not even get in it. Terrible smell. We did not get our refund either and after several attempts we received an e-mail indicating that the hotel could not be reached for resolution. Terrible experience.”

”The entire property was in disrepair and dirty. Nothing looked like it had online. I took pictures of the unacceptable state of the room, and went back to the office to hand in the key cards. I immediately checked out and my husband and I found a room elsewhere in town. I have stayed at plenty of other Econo Lodge locations and have had positive experiences with the chain. ”Stopover before going to Hersheypark. The place was more expensive than other nights in our roadtrip but you couldn't tell it from the facility. Overall the place was clean, peaceful and well-maintainained. Nothing really special though. Ok for one night. ”

After that experience the whole place left a feeling of lack of cleanliness. We did not get comfortable for the remainder of our stay. Also, the television situation was unacceptable. ”After 4 night stay, we did not have breakfast because no waffles were not available, no milk for cereal or coffee, no cups to get a cup of coffee (cleaning lady got two from her room but no coffee available), cereal was gone from serving dish. We had two towels and one wash cloth for three adults. Requested extra and was promised them but did not get any. Our room was smoky. Was told would get air cleaner but we ended up buying our own to use.”
