”It was a quiet neighborhood and an older house that has been taken care of. I booked this property because of how close it was to the fairgrounds. I had three students that had a competition located there. One student found trash from KFC on the floor in one bedroom. That’s not a giant deal breaker for me however, if you wanted to take a hot shower, you was not able to do so. The water pressure on the hot side was so low that when you pull up on the piece to engage the shower, it would just...

”Great communication with the host. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and there was a generous supply of towels in the bathroom. This is a great location for walking to restaurants and the riverwalk. Highly recommend.”
