”Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again.”

”We reserved (based on pictures) nice looking hotel. Reality was that this is not hotel, it’s motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel. We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation. Best Western has forgotten to add motel pictures”

”Nothing ruins a hotel stay more readily than a noisy, rattly window unit. There was no way to quiet it down other than completely turning it off, and the room quickly heated up to uncomfortable summertime temps. On an unrelated note, they offered the most meager 'free breakfast' that I've ever seen.”

”The window blinds didn’t fully cover the windows, dishwasher was broken, doors to one of our rooms didn’t close unless you picked it up and forced it closed. The sofa sunk in and the sofa bed mattress was very thin. Other than that the place was good.”

”I had to extend my stay unexpectedly, and the staff was beyond helpful.”

”Disappointing experience at this Hilton. I stayed at this hotel along with other family members for a family event. Airconditioning was not working anywhere other than hallways (including bedrooms and lobby). I was sharing a room with my 2 daughters. Room was never cleaned, despite housekeeping being in the hallway when we left at 10am. I agreed to have them send an engineer to the room and they also said they would deliver a fan. It was quite disappointing to return to my room at 11pm, after a...

”Why was my handicap room on the 4th floor and all the way back to the end of the hallway.”

”Construction is going on inside of the hotel and started at 8 am waking us up from our sleep in a fright. When we called the front desk they said the construction shouldn’t be happening by our room but even they could hear the noise through the phone. We couldn’t go back to bed and ended up just packing up and exiting early.”
