”We reserved (based on pictures) nice looking hotel.
Reality was that this is not hotel, it’s motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel.
We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation.
Best Western has forgotten to add motel pictures”

”If you want to step back into 1977 Long Island, this is your place. Really disappointing. First entire day we had no hot water in the shower. Finally we had to change rooms. What a hassle. Hotel didn’t even apologize…or offer to help us move our stuff. Fridge in the room didn’t work and there was no way to adjust the lukewarm temperature. Be careful of the hot tub…looked dirty…lots of little things floating around in it. You really get nothing except your room. The lady in the coffee shop is a...
