”We reserved (based on pictures) nice looking hotel. Reality was that this is not hotel, it’s motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel. We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation. Best Western has forgotten to add motel pictures”

”Did not travel w:pets, use pool or gym so can’t comment. One issue is that bathtub is very slippery & if grab bar wasn’t there it could have been a bad outcome instead of a sprained back. From now on a rubberized bath mat will be pack in suitcase”

”Ideal location. Close to transportation & shopping. 2 great historic towns of Baldwin and Rockville center with the Ramada tucked on the southside of the sunrise like a special eagle's nest.”

”Was downgraded a room last minute. Was told basically it’s this or nothing. I booked in advance, had no other choices to book somewhere else 15 minutes before my check in time. ”

”I asked for a room "refresh" twice (2 separate days) and never received it. Had to call the front desk a third time to get clean towels. There was also alot of dog poop all over the grass near the parking lot.”

”Was pretty nice. It was unfortunate they didn’t have complimentary breakfast or anything, but the rooms were nice. The beds could have been bigger, but all in all very nice. Loved how quiet it was and no smells of smoke or weed anywhere. 7/10! ☺️”

”room was dirty. gum wrappers on floor and under sofa. walls are so thin you can hear the next rooms. Toilet had a leak. conversations easily. called front desk about it and was told manager was not in and they would call me. Never received a call.”

”The room was very clean. Smelled good and didn't look run down. 2 miles down there is a dunkin donuts. Staff were nice. Easy checkout. I have been staying here for over 10 years when i go to Freeport. The showers are nice. I would recommend. ”

”Check in was really easy. You can do via app and go directly to your room. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Breakfast buffet was great and had variety of choices. Location is a plus. Close to restaurants and markets. ”
