Stayed two nights - no cleaning or towels changed. Applied new towels from reception and kindly told about problem - answer was: "Oh" and nothing else. We chose this hotel for the pool - website stated pool would be out of order through March. It is now April yet the pool was NOT open and the manager claimed this was clearly stated on the website….which it was not. It stated through March. Not friendly or helpful.

It was a beautiful property. The hot tub was nice and trails perfect for a fall getaway. The place could have been a little cleaner. You could definitely tell people have stayed there before us.
