We had booked a 6 person PRIVATE room for the night. The room was pleasant, clean, had lockers, the bathroom was clean although had no hand towel, check in was easy and we were offered an early check in for a small fee, however there was issues with privacy after we had checked in. We were in the room at the time, and all of a sudden someone (presumably a member of staff or housekeeping) opens the door to come into our room, without knocking at all, while we were getting changed at that exact moment. Not sure why they were coming into our room only 2 hours after we had checked in and when we were only there for one night. Then in the morning, the same thing happened again with a male member of staff walking in to our room, without knocking AGAIN, whilst we were all sleeping, over an hour before checkout, realised his mistake, then came in for a second time, without knocking AGAIN to apologise for his mistake. As a group of young girls staying here we were not impressed and would not feel safe staying here again if the staff members will walk into your room without knocking and for no reason? Would not stay here again.
