”We have returned to this lovely house several times now and it never disappoints. The room is spacious, elegant and always immaculate. The breakfast is delicious and the location is calm and beautiful whilst being close to many locations in Glasgow. Very highly recommend!”
”It was a fantastic night away for my husbands birthday.Check in was quick staff friendly.Check out was quick and Dillion who was at the desk was friendly.The only thing i would say is the service on roof top bar was very slow there was 4 staff on,the bar was quiet so i would have expected to get served quicker.Twice i had to ask if the 2 members of staff at the other end of bar was serving as they where just standing there talking.

I hadnt’t stayed in any of the more fashionable trendy hotel chains , but I enjoyed it more than my last stay at a Hilton Garden - Super friendly staff-was able to order food at the bar and take it up to the room, fantastically designed rooms, felt safe as needed room key to use lifts. Room was clean and had everything needed. Breakfast was exceptional, loved the music instrument themed decor and things to do in the bar and lobby, table football etc, umbrella hire was great...

O único problema é a falta de ventilação no banheiro, quando você vai tomar banho o vapor do banheiro acaba ativando o alarme de incêndio do hotel e ligam no quarto perguntando se tem incêndio e uma pessoa ainda tem que subir para verificar, a forma que encontramos para evitar isso é tomar banho com a porta aberta, atrapalha um pouco a experiência do banho mas evita esse transtorno.

”This hotel is a unique boutique hotel with excellent service! Even it is outside from the city center, the location is good. There is a train going to city center and the station is quite near. The only small issue was that we had on our visit a spy in the closed. Something which of course should not happen in this kind of hotel, but the hotel took care of it immediately.”
