”Booked through a third party site and was charged an undisclosed "resort fee" - a junk fee hotels charge because they can. Great hotel and staff - no amenities to justify any type of resort fee. A minor situation and customers should call it out more often. ”

The extra living area was great so I could watch football in the bedroom while my toddler was sleeping. Minor hiccup at check-in but the staff was helpful and friendly to get it right quickly. "Great location to explore the amazing city of New York. Beautiful lobby area and very nice staff. However the room (Jimmy suite) didn't meet our expectations:
- even our teenager complained about the very uncomfortable sofabed
- the heating was somewhat broken all the time: it woke you up with very loud noise every 45-60 minutes, it didn't heat Wells enough etc. We complained after the first night and some magic was done and the second night went well. The third night it had some problems again...
