”Was a clean room, nice staff pet friendly ”

”I stayed at this hotel specifically due to proximity to a nearby funeral home. The parking lot is in terrible shape and gave a bad impression. There were no signs to assist finding your way around. The front desk experience was fine. The adventure to find the room seemed slightly ridiculous such as my room started with a 4 in a two story hotel. The hallways were endless and looked like I was going through employee areas to find my room. The vending machines were old, half broken and expensive....

”The staff at the front desk was awesome very pleasant people The house keeper on the other hand was very loud and unfriendly They need to learn how to clean better and respect the guests The room was ok comfortable beds parking was fine and i did feel safe Restaurant and shopping was near by I like the area ”

”The hotel is clean and employees are friendly. We did experience teens banging on our door at 10:45pm twice. We were traveling with our two kids who are under 5 and they were both terrified and did not sleep all night due to them not understanding why someone would come and bang on our doors in a hotel at that time. Never have experienced this before so for that reason I cant give it a 5 star review ”

”Breakfast was Cheerios bread coffee. Anything else was for purchase. The staff were nice and the rooms were surprisingly upscale.”

”Room service came four times in one week every time we needed to ask for something we have to go down and get it from the front desk”

”This room looks nothing like what I received. The bathtub was dirty, mold spots all over the walls, and the TV didn't work at all. Not to mention, the entire room smelled like someone smoked a carton of cigarettes! At the time of check in, they make you sign and initial a waiver to which you are not allowed to switch rooms, now I know why!”

”Room was dirty, shower head was rusting, the couch had stains like its been there forever and never cleaned. Would not recommend breakfast as it was the same Monday thru Friday. They said they had pots and pans in the suite but nothing then asked and it took 4 hours to finally received them. Would never visit again! ”
