”Dirty a noise all night could not sleep”

”You get what you pay for. Bare bones amenities: shampoo and conditioner; no coffee in room; elevator broken which may or may not get fixed; and the toilet leaked, fortunately not in a used space. It appears that the place is being remodeled so it may be better in the future. If you only need an inexpensive place to sleep a few minutes from the airport, go for it!”

”Hotel management told me that the TV service was not working and that the weather was the reason. After finding out that other customers had TV to watch, I found out that the module in the TV for my room was ripped out. He was very dishonest with me”

”Need to have someone making sure there’s enough coffee, eggs etc… no one around to ask for what wasn’t available.”

”Nice place to stay, nothing overboard, but it serves the purpose nicely.”

”Very sketchy environment outside, property says 100% smoke free and several people were seen outside smoking cigarettes and weed smell coming from rooms in passing. Bedding had cigarette holes burnt into them and overall the inside was very poorly done.”

”The heat was working was easy. The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean.”

”The property is situated between a few other hotels. It was a bit difficult to find the entrance. Upon entering the property the staff were friendly and helpful. Kindly offering the water and cookie for members. The foyer area did smell a bit like cigarette smoke. Not sure why. The foyer was not amazing or inviting. Very dated. The rooms were pleasant, clean yet very humid and the sheets felt a bit damp from the humidity in m the room.”

”Booked and paid for a double room 5 weeks in advance. At check-in, after waiting for staff to check multiple rooms it was discovered there were no double rooms available. I was then told I would be given a single with a roll away cot….but after more waiting, we found out there were no cots available. The desk person finally called the manager, who said the best they could do for me was 50% off of a second room. What a deal! 50% off of a room I should not have to pay for in the first place....

”Terrible experience. Owned by a couple and the wife is so mean and hateful. I accidentally got a stain on the sheets and felt so terrible about it. I balled the sheets up and put them by the door thinking they would be picked up. I came back that evening and nothing had been picked up. The trash was taken out and that’s it. The woman of the couple was watching for me to return from behind a curtain in the office and knocked on the door 5 minutes after I returned. She called me “disgusting” and...

”Cockroaches in the room”

”The restaurant was understaffed, and one (overworked) bar person was openly belligerent to customers. The other complained repeatedly (though pleasantly) about being the only person working. Since the property is not surrounded by other options for a meal, it made the stay disappointing. Having a faux Starbucks near the lobby, only open until 2 pm, was another odd aspect.”

”To try to keep the children of the quest quiet, outside and inside the hotel. Especially after 9pm.”
