”I'm not a big fan of self-service check-in and -out but everything worked well and we slept like babies. No noises at all. Breakfast was pretty good. The room was tidy. ”

I attend the pink tie party annually which has been held at the union station for the last few years so this hotel was perfect as it is within walking distance. The hotel has a great atmosphere and staff were lovely. They have a in house pub which was great if you like to have a social life without going far. Just don’t serve the Guinness cold please! I never got my complimentary bottles of water when i checked in but the gentleman at the front desk made me whole. 2 of my towels were dirty in my room. Also why would you give me a hearing impaired room? I did not request it and i heard nothing but noise and construction where my room was…the walls were not that insulated from sound. ”Great choice for a short stay and if you're on a budget. My room was on the 2nd floor and facing H Street, so the only drawback was that the street noise was a bit loud. However, overall I really liked my room (it was so cute) and the location was great. Very walkable to eateries, museums, etc. I'd definitely stay there again!”
