The breakfast staff weren't very attentive or helpful. There was unused coffee in the room. We notified reception, but nothing was done. Clearly, the coffee had been used, and there were food remnants left.

Upon checking in, the room key didn't work. Engineering had to check that the combination of room keys and a special key was able to get me into my room. It was a room with a connecting door - and I heard the couple in the next room fight all night. In the morning, a mouse shot from under the window ...
