”After being told it is £5 per night to park i questioned this as it was not mentioned anywhere else. I was just ignored. Taken to room at top of hotel. 6 flights if stairs. What if I was not able. Never asked about my health. No AC or fans in room. Room overlooked another building full of seagulls that never stopped calling. Dead young on the roof. No shelves in bathroom for toiletries no hook on door for robes etc, dusty dirty windows. Breakfast was a joke. No cereals only 1 x type of drink...

”Only stayed for the one night room was big enough couldn’t turn on the shower but wasn’t that bad as had the bath and I’m sure if I had called them I’m sure they would of come and sorted it out staff was amazing very friendly would definitely stay again”

”Really good value hotel experience. I had a sea view from my room. I also really appreciated the continental breakfast inclusive of the price. I wasn't expecting it. Not all cheaper hotels are good, but this one is. Simple, great value and a lovely experience.”

”We stayed at The Fleece for a couple of nights. Our welcome as a pleasant professional one, despite the bar and restaurant being busy. Our room and the linen was very clean, and although quite warm, there was a fan provided that did the trick. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was good, and the breakfast, which was included, was delicious. Lovely beer garden/ courtyard to enjoy a relaxing beer.
