”Hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed in. If I had to be critical, the only two negatives are the noise in the swimming pool area, which they may not be able to change, extracting fans and no guaranteed parking. I left my vehicle in place the whole stay. The town centre is just around the corner and there are lots of different restaurants, and cafes.”

”Such a convenient location for the shops and also the Theatre and restaurants. We did eat in the restaurant which was so pleasant and the staff are very helpful. They do Gluten free too, which was great for me the food overall is amazing. There is air con and a fridge which work very well.”

”breakfast consisted of cereals and full English breakfast where you help yourself buffet style, well cooked and hot. our room which was on the 3rd floor close to the lift was spotless, the bathroom was small but adequate for us with a shower (no bath). staff were polite and very helpful, hotel was central to shops, bars, restaurants and promenade. never used the hotel bar so cant comment, railway station was a ten minute walk for us ( we're in our mid 70s). would definitely use this hotel again.”

”The hotel was along the promenade of Llandudno easy walk to main high street, 10 min walk to train station, 10 min walk to Orme tram station the room was comfortable clean and there was tea and coffee making facilities i didnt have a breakfast in the hotel so i cant comment i only saw the staff on the first day to check in on the whole its in a nice location for everything beach, shops, buse and trains, i would stay here again.”
