”The property was perfect for our family. The location was near all the attractions. My only disappointment was that we couldn’t use Kingsmill Resort pools. We also had to tell a white lie so that we could dine on-site.”

”The unit was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It's hard traveling with 3 big kids. One hotel room just doesn't cut it. For about the same price as two hotel rooms, we got to stay together and had the benefit of extra spaces like the kitchen, dining and living rooms. Unfortunately, we didn't get to take advantage of the Kingsmill amenities because we were only there one night, and the weather didn't cooperate. Maybe next time! We would definitely stay here again.”

”So many things provided with the stay (toiletries; utensils and flatware, esp the important things like wine glasses and a corkscrew; Brita water jug; cleaning supplies; etc). Great location with access to a beautiful ocean view and even pond fishing if you're into it. Golf course. Tennis court. On site restaurants. Quiet. Clean. Rooms spaced out enough to provide maximum privacy. Each room can be climate controlled individually. Literally the perfect stay.”

”Overall, it was a great stay. The two condos were joined together by a small cove with two separate doors (same key to access both) and housed our three families well. The rooms were a bit worn (a few broken cabinet hinges and some corner cobwebs), but in general were clean. The “extras” of the activities were fantastic including both pools, mini-golf and pickleball. The location worked great for our trips to Jamestown (10 minutes) and Yorktown (30 minutes). We would stay again.”

”Unit has a pullout bed but not enough bedding for it, not enough towels if you do have more than 2 ppl. Very disappointed in the activities. More than once the “closed” early. My 11 year old missed a lot because we would go to the event that was from 2-4 and at 315 the ride balloon lady said she was done and had to leave. Wouldn’t even give the kids that she was turning away a balloon. Same happened with a trivia and another activity. It’s too bad my daughter is going to w&m starting August and...

”We love this property. We’ve been going there for years. This is the first time I’ve had a little bit of bad service took us two days to get trash bags. We were there for five days. That was very unacceptable that we had a great time and the kids enjoyed their self great. ”

”Our experience at Wyndham Kingsgate was fantastic. We stayed in the 2- bedroom deluxe, very comfortable and clean. The highlights for us were the activities center and the family-friendly environment. Also, the closeness of the amusement parks and shopping outlets was a bonus. We definitely plan to come back!”
