"Siisti huone vaikka pieni, mutta hyvin kostea sisäilma huoneessa (lokakuu). Aamiainen hyvä ja maukas, mutta kaipasimme esim leipävaihtoehtoja. Hotelli sijaitsee kävelyetäisyydellä sekä summertowniin että Oxford City Center. Hiljainen katu ja meidän huone oli myös hyvin rauhaisa käytävän viimeisenä. "

"I booked a room, which turned out to be very cold. I booked this premium hotel to be comfortable, and I wasn't. I called about this in the evening and they came to fix it. I also called in the morning, but no one came. I might be old-fashioned, but back in the day there would be immediate compensation for a satisfactory resolution, i.e. free breakfast. Something like this would have made up for the issue, but nothing was offered. Feels like "thank you for your £200+, we dont care how it was for you, we are just happy to have your money". There are cheaper hotels nearby for a matching comfort level. "
