”The host greeted us on arrival and was very welcoming and friendly; assuring us that if we needed anything further to let her know. It was very well equipped: fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster, not forgetting a jug of fresh milk. Would definitely stay here again.”

”Wonderful stay and a lovely room. Had breakfast both morning - delicious though service was a bit slow and had to go ask for buffet table to be replenished - could ba bit more attentive. Had evening meal both nights and food was delicious and excellent service ”

”Easy to find, great parking. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Needs more hooks in the bathroom and plug/charging points in thr main room. Continental breakfast was a bit sparse, although they did give me a poached egg. Staff were friendly.”

”Hotel needs an update. Staff were nice enough and all the bits you need were there but the customer experience was lacking. Our room was lovely, if cold. The radiators only work part of the time. The characterful bathroom did not have a big enough radiator - no lingering in the bath with just a tidgy towel rail to heat you ( a tall ceiling and giant window.) There was very little phone signal (not their fault of course), but the wifi was atrocious, barely there and dropping out regularly -...

”Excelled as always. Everything about Crabwall Manor is the best. Fantastic grounds, stunning rooms and attentive staff from the reception to the bar staff to housekeeping. Warm welcome on checking in at reception, passed the keys to room 47 and although it doesn’t really have a ‘view’ the enclosed courtyard was nicely presented. The room was vast with enough space to provide the 2 high back chairs without feeling crowded. Bathroom was huge……(only wish was it had a freestanding bath!!!!) and...
