”Overall the view, the yard and hot tub made up for the little things. We spent most our weekend out on the deck and noticed it needs some TLC. Our 1 year old got splinters and scraped up and the board right when your about to enter the house is broken. We were really disappointed that the path down to the river is overgrown and you have to crawl over branches. There is ac in the main house in bedroom which was nice. But unfortunately there were spiders everywhere inside and dead bugs and cobwebs...

The mattresses were moldy, the kitchen didn't have hardly any dishes (2 plates for a house the can sleep 20). The treehouse floor fell through on one of our children. Luckily he was not injured. Communication was ok until we told them all of the problems then it was crickets! Not a word from the owner to me or VRBO. This house is not fit for guests. But with alot...
