”Great getaway, two kids and two adults. Cozy cabin in the woods! It is very close to another cabin, which luckily for us was unoccupied, but does detract a bit from the isolation we were seeking- and may have been a bummer if there were folks so nearby- but the woods were wet and lush and bursting w spring and the creek ran high and loud! We loved it,and was just what we needed! ”

”The property is wonderful. The views are great and it is nice to be so close to the river. The landscaping is also really pretty. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you could need. Though the house itself is a little run down, it is very comfortable and inviting. The biggest issue we had was that the water sometimes came out in only a little more than a trickle, making it harder to wash dishes, shower, etc. It did always work though, so as long as you have some patience for that...

”We had an enjoyable time at Bowman’s Beach Cottage. The neighborhood was very pleasant, we enjoyed our morning coffee while sitting on the beach, and the view of the river and mountains was beautiful!”

”It was a nice pace to stay, but there was old food in the fridge and freezer and it looked like the place was upgraded on the inside but in the outside it looked like the please might collapse. I would stay there again if it felt cleaner and safer ”

”We had an amazing stay at David and Liane's 3-bedroom cottage while visiting family in the area. The house was beautifully furnished and well set up for our two kids, ages 1 and 3. We did not realize before arriving that this was a guest house on the same property as a main home, but it was not an issue at all and really felt like a private stay based on how the layout/driveway is. Would definitely stay again on a future trip!”
