”One of the best locations on the Gold Coast. The managers were excellent to deal with and made our stay most enjoyable. The views from our apartment were magnificent and the property had fantastic amenities. We would highly recommend The Waterford to anyone wanting a self contained apartment centrally located on the Gold Coast. We will be back.”

”The Sheraton was wonderful, I loved the layout, walking over water to get to various places, such as pool, beach or dinning. The gym for me was amazing, equipment modern and looked brand new. We had a small issue with our shower pressure 3 days in, this was attended to very promptly and we were given cards to another room in case we wanted to shower. The food was impressive, we shared a seafood tower. My husband says the best seafood tower he has eaten. We will be back next year.”

”Finally a high-end hotel on the Gold Coast that doesn't feel like old money.
Everything is modern, everything has been considered.
The rooms are spacious and functional, and the view are incredible.
The restaurants and food are top shelf.
My only complaint is that there is no uniform or name tags to identify staff. Particularly when handing you bags and car keys to someone at the valet. If you happened to be wearing neutral tones, someone would be asking you for help.
