”The moment I arrived at Cape Grace, the staff greeted me with a warm smile and genuine care. Lucky and the entire staff at the hotel made my sister and me feel as if we were at home with family. Never before had I stayed at a hotel where I felt as comfortable in a familial environment—the room accommodations, the restaurant, and the drivers were all amazing! I can't say enough about our phenomenal experience. We are already making plans to return next September. I love, love this hotel. ”
"Some of the staff were super nice but some would need some training on how to treat paying customers. The lady checking us on breakfast on first morning of our stay questioned us several times if we really had paid even though we showed her the receipt first time. She made us feel like we were not welcome.
