Casinos aren’t my thing but others seemed to be having fun. Still, odd to find such a great place this in the far northwestern corner of Iowa amidst the cornfields!”

”This place far exceeded my expectations. It checks all the boxes and then some. The real star of the show however was the front desk agent Alyssa. There aren’t enough adjectives to describe how amazing she was. Courteous, informative, efficient, and just an overall good person. Definitely will book again.”

”The rooms were fantastic, the amenities were excellent. The concierge was extremely helpful. Parking was ok but all on the street with meters. The good thing was that there was free parking on the weekend.”

”Parking very limited on surface. Had special instructions for no feather pillows, which was ignored. Was provided replacement pillows, one of which a feather pillow. Second replacements were good. Woman at the front desk was great, but the hotel doesn't seem to have any real system in place to deal with allergies. Will not be coming back, even though it's in a good spot downtown.”

”The people were tremendous. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The only reason for 4 stars was the comfort in the room. The hvac is not ideal. It runs non stop and is too loud to hear tv. Without it is very uncomfortable. The pillows and bed also were not very comfortable. I’d stay again for sure but just hoping that the ac works better”
