”The resort is absolutely gorgeus and cleanliless is another level! We stayed there for our honeymoon for one week in beginning of June. The atmosphere is very calm at all times, even the hotel was nearly full. No rush times anywere, anytime. Staff are very friendly and professional and attention to details very good. Overall appearance and cleanliness is imaculate. F&B quality is also very very good. Lot of variation. I'm gluten and dairy intolerant and they had everything for me to be able to...

”It was ok, we have stayed at the other two hotels, Stella Island and Stella Palace, and to be honest this is not on par with them. The food was very limited, not much choice and if you’re a fussy eater you might struggle. All the flowerbeds were overgrown and if you had a sunbed next to one there was a strong smell of cat urine. The drinks weren’t great, the soda had that off taste or dirty pipes and isnt branded. There were also cockroaches in our room that came from the toilet floor drain....

”Upea hotellialue kaikkineen. Maisema todella upea. Cave suite ja etenkin Wave Suite XL todella hienot. Huoneissa oli kuitenkin moni asia rikki tai likainen (oven lukko, aurinkovarjo, wc-painike rikki, lattia ja lasikaide likaiset), ja Cave Suiten terassille roiskui vettä yläpuolella olevan villan uima-altaasta. Myöskään kaikki henkilökunnassa eivät olleet niin sydämellisen ystävällisiä kuin muualla Kreetalla oli tottunut. Suhteellisen pieniä ongelmia, jotka kyllä korjattiin, mutta todella...

”The resort is beautiful, the staff are very excellent and the food is great. Drinks wise there is a lot of choice however it’s lacking / chargeable for some things I’d expect from a 5 star (baileys / choice of vodka / whisky etc) and one à la carte in 3 days with no drinks included needs considering.
The pool area is lovely, bedside service rather than lining up at the bar would be better (I’ve never known this in a 5 star before)
The gym and yoga shala are exceptional, this alone makes it...
