”Clean room staff very helpful,Bar is very nice serve and friendly in different room Breakfast is all there very nice. But when stayed in No 1 (McNeil) toilet you can get WiFi but you out of toilet you can’t have it! And when outside doorway about 8pm and early morning can’t see get a light on see where I am going!”

”Erinomaine hinta/laaatu suhde. Hotelli sijaitse mäen päälle josta hyvä näkyvyyttä Bishops Cleeve kylään. Kuitekin ainka voimakas tuulta. Huoneet ja aamupalat hinnan mukaan perustasolla mutta riittävät. Kokopäivä oltin autolla reisulla ja vaan yöksi hotelliin. Suositelen. ”

”Excellent staff. We were delayed by bad weather and arrived late, just as the chef told reception that he’d finished service. He immediately asked what we’d like to eat and prepared us a great dinner. The general manager and breakfast waitress were also very helpful and friendly. ”

”Superb breakfast menu, excellent chef and warm welcome. Room was warm and bathroom was clean. Everything spoke of excellence. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will return. Housekeeping do an excellent job too.”

”We were not able to have breakfast at the allotted time as we had to be out at an event. However they were kind enough to leave us bacon sandwiches outside our room so we had something to eat”

”Spent one night at the hotel. It is located in a cute small town. There is a good car park and the hotelarea is beautiful. The room was OK size, but could use an update. The pub was nice and the breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful :)”

”Always enjoy our time here but it was a shock to find that access to the spa is no longer included. Expedia should make this clear on their website as the reviews all say how lovely the spa is butno mention of the £15 per person each day required which puts an additional £60 on an overnight stay if you want to go in when you get there and before you leave.”
