”Generally the hotel is calm and friendly as the environment, all the staff were helpful and kind with a smile on their faces. The hotel is somehow old, no fridge in the room and our first room the AC was not working so we had to move to another o e, so make sure to check when you reserve. The variety on breakfast is not wide but good quality and taste. Overall the experience was good and satisfying”

”I was visiting Abertawe for one night to see old friends and this was a great place to stay. Perfectly located in the heart of the city and just a short walk away from some great restaurants. The room had a luxury quality to it like the coffee machine and plump bathrobes. My only critique was the curvy headboard wasn’t very comfortable (I move around during the night and kept hitting my head on it!).
