”We booked Langley to celebrate our Anniversary and were not disappointed. It is a stunning Castle a most beautiful place to stay for a special occasion. The staff were really helpful and friendly, they took the time to stop and chat and nothing was to much trouble. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Dinner and Breakfast were excellent with plenty of options, served in a stunning restaurant. I would highly recommend Langley Castle, will definitely be going back.”

”A beautiful, historic castle outside Edinburgh. Room was very nice--bed comfortable, bathroom clean and roomy enough. Restaurant in the basement is a "must do." Steaks are cooked over a wood fire. Food was superb. Only negative was that I learned if you don't book directly with Melville Castle then breakfast is not included. I used a Expedia to book, so no breakfast included, which didn't seem right given the room prices. Overall a great experience. My wife and I would like to return sometime.”

”This castle is fabulous! For Americans it is like stepping into a Downton Abby set. The staff greet you at the door, take your luggage and from that moment forward treat you like royalty. Not only is this a gated property, but you need your sir name in order for the gate to open! Then the drive up the narrow road just enhances your excitement to see the castle. John was great at showing us around and to our room. He was very helpful in understanding where everything was and how to get around....
