Granary Road - Farmer's Market & Active Learning Park: Opastetut kierrokset ja aktiviteetit

Our stay was really comfortable and good. The staff are really very helpful esp we are looking for parking nearby bcoz we didn’t use the valet service, plus they are very accommodating made us feel so welcome. The place is clean plus we enjoy the breakfast. We highly recommend the place to our family and friends. We look forward to stay here when we visit Calgary again.

Excellent room, stylish spa and very good steam room. Great location, walking distance to mall, Saddledome, etc.

Parking was difficult to access. At the rear of the building there was on-going construction. Construction workers mis-directed guests off-site. Hilton did a poor job managing the parking situation. And did not disclose parking fee of $37 plus taxes. Room was sparse. Few amenities. Charges $2.50 for each water. No basics in the room: Absent -iron, pen, body lotion. Bathroom counter was empty. Not what i would expect from Hilton. They really cut back. Hilton up-charges for everything. From water to breakfast. Not a premium experience and does not warrant the price they charge. Room was also not well maintained. No running water. Front desk is also under-manned. They take a long time to process each customer. Not recommended. Hilton brand is not what it used to be.
