”I have an autistic son and he got into a little mischief at the hotel and when I advised one of your staff members YURI who was present he rolled his eyes at me and gave a little chuckle in disgust after I had informed him my son was autistic. I was disgusted and angry by his display. Surely if you are going to hire someone and they represent your company that they can show a little empathy and understanding and provide a little grace. ”I stayed here recently with my family and we fell in love with this resort. We didn't make as much use of the facilities as we should have as we were exhausted and staying here as a stop-over, but next time we are in Calgary, we will be back. The staff was so warm and welcoming, the food at the one restaurant we ate was delicious and the service top tier, and the rooms were clean with very comfortable beds. We learned so much about the Tsuut'ina people through the many photographs, art, tools...
”Loved everything from check in to check out. Everyone pleasant and helpful. They had a playpen ready for us to use in the room. (Only thing was that the playpen needed a cleaning). Good experience. ”
