”This hotel could have potential: it is centrally located in a "good" part of town, the building has nice terraced public areas with a pool in the middle. The sad thing (as so often in DR) is that the Dominicans tend to think that this island is cut off from the rest of the world so that they can do as they please... So beware at the counter for any additional charges (we had to go the hard way: a phone call to Hotels.com and a "meeting" with the manager) Ps. There is hope though, the young man...
