”An ok hotel for business travellers. This hotel is a kind of shabby - worn, standard and boring. It works but doesn’t live up to standards of today. Would like to see more character in a hotel service. ”

”Great location. We parked at Place Kleber just a few minutes away. The room was huge. Our family of four had 7 beds to choose from. It was a little dusty in the room, but not really bad. They had glutenfree toast at the breakfast buffet (not dedicated toaster). Complimentaly beverages at the lobby were nice at +32C outside. We will stay here again.”

”Good location for a stop over stay on the way back to UK. Staff were helpful and friendly. Looks to be a brand new hotel, everything was in great condition, very clean and tidy. Negative points were that the bar was not open (not sure if it was just the night we stayed) and there seemed to be very limited number of staff. Secure car park was £15 per night, which is a bit steep (and there is no free alternative), plus the gate had to be opened manually by staff, which was a nuisance. Overall...

”I stayed for 4 nights doing day trips to wine towns. Hotel was close to station and town. Lobby bright and cheerful. Breakfast was sufficient. Room had good air-con and a comfy bed. It was a bit dim though. ”

”Extremely good customer service which made us feel extremely welcome. The location couldn’t have been any better if you think about all the ‘Grand Ile’, land marks or a tram stop. Also a walk from the railway station took only 10min. A breakfast was really good but price (32€) is double the price other hotels provide so we had the breakfast mostly in other hotels. Thank One minus was the fitness center that has only indoor bicycles, one rowing machine and a thread mill. Hand weights only up to...
